Monica Sadler

The Artist Path | Artist & Coach

Monica Sadler knows what it's like to chase music as an identity before discovering it was always meant to be a gift. After moving to Nashville at 18 to pursue a career as a Christian recording artist, she spent years performing professionally in Branson, Missouri, leading worship, writing music, and eventually rediscovering her purpose through motherhood and a deeper faith. That journey reshaped not only her life, but the way she coaches every artist she meets.

Over the years, Monica has helped singers develop healthy, confident voices while discovering the unique artistry that makes each artist distinct. Her experience includes professional stage performance in Branson productions, earning a Worship Ministry certification through Bethel Music College in Redding, California, and recording original music with Grammy-winning producer Ed Cash. Whether working with worship leaders, songwriters, or aspiring recording artists, she is passionate about helping singers move beyond limitations, develop their signature sound, and experience lasting freedom in their voice.

Monica's coaching is rooted in listening first. Every singer has a different story, a different instrument, and a different path. Rather than offering the same solution to everyone, she takes time to understand where each artist is, identify the obstacles standing in their way, and provide practical tools that create meaningful, lasting growth. Known for making complex vocal concepts simple and approachable, Monica equips artists with the confidence to understand their voice, strengthen their technique, and grow into the singer they were uniquely created to be.

At The Artist Path, Monica helps artists discover the voice they were uniquely created to carry, refine it with excellence, and walk confidently in their calling. Her personal faith reminds her that every voice is a gift to steward with purpose, and that belief shapes the way she encourages every artist she works with. She believes every voice carries a melody only it can sing—so don't be afraid to let yours be heard.
